RT Driver is the RT Express driver app. It shows your trip and its stops on a map, lets you tap Arrived and Departed at each stop, and scans the signed POD with your phone’s camera. No signal? It keeps your taps and photos and sends them later.

Sign in with your mobile number and PIN. The first time, the PIN is the last 4 digits of your mobile; then you enter the code we text you and choose your own PIN.

For drivers

Everything for the stop is on one card.

Open the app and your trip in progress is already there. The card shows the next stop, its address, the appointment, the PROs and the pallets. Tap the big button when you get there and again when you leave.

  • Navigate opens Apple Maps or Google Maps, your choice, and Call rings the stop.
  • Scan sends a POD, BOL, lumper receipt or other paper for one PRO, a stop, or the whole trip.
  • No signal? You see your saved trips, and every change waits on the phone until it can be sent.
  • Turn on reminders and the app tells you when a stop still needs its POD, or when the office asks you for a paper.
  • Works on iPhone (Safari) and Android (Chrome). Nothing to download from an app store.

For the office

The office sees the trip as it happens.

Every tap and scan from the phone shows up in the office app. Dispatchers sign in at driver.rtohio.com/office, on a computer or a phone.

Today

One card for each of today’s trips: where the driver is on the stop list, who called in, and what is late or still missing.

One page for one trip: the driver’s progress, a line for every stop, the papers to see, print or email, and a way to ask the driver for a missing paper.

Paperwork

Find papers across trips, see which PODs and lumper receipts are still missing, and make one PDF packet per trip.
